Our Client:
Our client is a renowned IT Solutions provider., headquartered in Japan. They are currently looking for an experienced Support Engineer to join their growing team in Singapore. Proficiency in Japanese language is essential to effectively communicate with Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers
The Responsibilities:
• Provide on-site and remote IT support for clients
• Maintain and troubleshoot office systems (printers, video conferencing systems, etc.).
• Assist with server, network, and IT infrastructure maintenance, including issue escalation and replacement when necessary.
• Ensure smooth operation of office systems

Requirements
The Requirements:
• Proficiency in Japanese language is essential to effectively communicate with Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers
• Hardware: Knowledge of Windows 10/11, printers, network devices, and peripherals.
• Software: Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, Mac) and application software.
• Networking: Familiarity with basic networking (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi) and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Experience in user support.
• Understanding of office systems and previous support experience.
• Minimal weekend and holiday work (only once a year)
• On-site client support required a few times a week
