Our Client:
Our client is a renowned Japanese IT Solutions provider. They are currently looking for an experienced Global License Administrator to join their growing team in Singapore. Proficiency in Japanese language is essential to effectively communicate with Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers.
The Responsibilities:
• Manage sales and administration of Microsoft 365 and other cloud service licenses
• Support license contract renewals and cost optimization
• Respond to licensing-related inquiries from global offices in English and Japanese
• Create and analyze license usage reports
• Occasional on-site visits to client offices for meetings or presentations (every few months)
• Microsoft 365およびクラウドサービスライセンスの販売・管理
・ライセンス契約更新およびコスト最適化サポート
・英語・日本語でのライセンス関連の問い合わせ対応
・ライセンス使用状況レポートの作成・分析
・クライアントオフィスへの定期的な訪問（数ヶ月に一度）
Requirements
The Requirements:
• Proficiency in Japanese language is essential to effectively communicate with Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools
• Pays high attention to detail when handling numbers and contracts
• A basic understanding of Software Asset Management (SAM) is a plus; if not, training will be provided
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and software licensing structures a plus, if not, training will be provided
• Ability to work on Occasional weekend, at most once per year
