Our Client:
Our client is a well known Japanese Retail brand, specialising in Hair Care products/ services. They are currently looking for an Marketing Executive to join their growing team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, including database marketing, email marketing, social content strategy and ad campaigns
• Analyse marketing initiatives to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI
• Optimising website structure and content for search engines (SEO) and/or the use of paid online advertising (SEM)
• Identify trends and competitor insights, to optimize marketing strategy, spend and performance
• To be responsible for all website content to ensure online objectives are met
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
• Overseeing CRM to streamline leads management, and drawing insights to inform conversion strategy
• Assist in any photography or videography needed in the execution of social media campaigns
• Communicate with vendor to improve company SNS activity
Requirements
The Requirements:
• Min 2 years of experience in Marketing, with proven experience in social media marketing
• Able to design marketing publishing such as website landing page, promotional flyers
• Have a good understanding of digital marketing strategies and managing accounts
• Able to communicate in both English and Mandarin to liaise with internal/ external stakeholders from both local as well as China/Taiwan
• Knowledge of Japanese and Japanese retail business is an advantage as you will need to support native Japanese clients
• Able to work independently as well as a team player
