Our Client:
Our client is one of the Japanese global leaders specialising in Marine Engines. They are currently looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their growing team in Singapore. Proficiency in Japanese language is essential to effectively communicate with Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers
The Responsibilities:
• Communicate with our customers and business partners to solve engine troubles by email and phone.
• Create quotations and sales related reports.
• Issue invoices and deliver the invoices to customers.
• Key in the information in Daihatsu internal system.
• Understanding products, services and the customers’ demands become a bridge between the customers and business partners.
• Customer visits for any type of negotiations for our services.
• Follow up with customers for quotations and payments
Requirements
The Requirements:
• Proficiency in Japanese language (JLPT 2) is essential to effectively communicate with Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers
• Minimum 2 years’ job experience within relevant Machinery fields.
• Background in mechanical engineering study and experience.
• Candidate must be able to independently manage their time and tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, initiative-taking to inspire a team & be a good team player.
• Strong commitment to safety/compliance procedures are needed.
• Familiarity with Microsoft products.
