Senior Operation Manager

Our Client:
Our Client is one of the well-established Life Safety Solutions company in Japan. They are currently looking for a Senior Operation Manager, Japanese speaking to effectively support and liaise with the Japanese Native Stakeholders.

The Responsibilities:
• Overseas daily operations in Southeast Asia office
• Provide support and advice to the operations team & management team
• Responsible for control and manage the accounting and supply chain matters which involved the inter group company
• Ensure month-end accounts closed in accurate and proper procedure to meet both Singapore Standard as well as J-SOX requirement
• Monthly Cash Flow Management & Investment
• Yearly budget compilation and monthly P&L forecast
• Provide advice for monthly inbound shipment amount and ensure the smoothness of outbound shipment
• Monthly Credit Limit & Quarterly Credit Limit Review & Allowance for the doubtful account
• Analyze accounting and financial data
• Supervise and lead the team to be in-line with business direction and strategy
• Establish and implement a continual improvement effort and system within the organization
• Alliance with HQ on Global Admin Meeting and Global Supply Chain matters
• Provide support and generate report to the Top Management
• Provide advice for OHSAS and ISO management and implementation
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by Top Management

The Requirements:
• Minimum Degree in Business Management and/or equivalent, with at least 10 years related working experience and 5 years of managerial experience
• Proficiency in Japanese language to smoothly and effectively communicate and present to Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers
• Good knowledge of different business functions
• Strong leadership & communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
