Our Client:
Our client is a Japanese Architecture Firm, involved in several projects stretching across education, factories, healthcare and residential. They are new to Singapore but has a track record of successful projects in Southeast Asia & Japan. They are looking for a M&E Engineer to join their Singapore office.
The Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the design and structural engineer, you will design and supervise the electrical and mechanical equipment of the building facilities
• Propose & design optimal building facilities from the customer’s perspective
• While proposing optimal building facilities from the client's perspective, you will also design environmental facilities such as ZEB
Requirements
The Requirements:
• More than 5 years of practical experience in design & supervision in Data Centre projects
• Ability to use CAD and draw blueprints
• Experience as a building facility engineer
• Smooth communication skills and able to articulate technical knowledge and experience
• Interest in Environmental Design
