Job Title: APAC Program Lead
Our Client: Our client is a global technology distributor and solutions provider in cybersecurity, networking data centre and cloud infrastructure solutions.
This role will have a primary focus of implementing and managing programs for Cisco and Pure Storage across the APAC region to grow both the number of resellers and revenue.
This role will also perform a business development function by structuring and managing projects for new business in the APAC region.
The Responsibilities:
* Provide management oversight between the Vendors and the company's teams across APAC for all strategic initiatives
* Launch of aligned Vendor campaigns and promotions in market
* Completion of training and enablement activities
* Provide sales and marketing support from the company
* Implement reseller incentives
* Execution of lead generation activities
* Completion of segmentation analysis or review of market trends
* Conduct annual planning workshops with the company's Vendors
* Work with APAC teams to develop annual plans
* Manage the APAC Services & Software Renewals processes to drive consistency.
* Manage and participate in proposals, RFIs, RFPs from Vendors to win new business
The Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree
* Experience in business development and program management
* 7-10 years program or marketing experience in B2B company
* Experience ideally in the ICT industry
* Depth, ownership of and success with several B2B marketing channels eg. events, PR, demand generation etc.
