Job Title: Junior/Senior RF Engineer
Our Client: Our client, a leading technology solutions provider, specializes in offering innovative engineering services and products in sectors like wireless communications, RF microwave, and semiconductors. With a focus on cutting-edge technology and sustainable solutions, the company provides comprehensive support from product development to market launch, helping clients across various industries meet their evolving needs.
The role involves designing and developing RF components, circuits, and systems, including performing feasibility studies, Link Budget analysis, and schematic and PCB layout design. The engineer will utilize advanced EDA tools, conduct testing and performance verification, and collaborate with technical partners and customers to ensure project success.
The Responsibilities:
* Define product specifications and contribute to the hardware design and development of RF components, circuits, and systems in collaboration with team members
* Perform Link Budget analysis and feasibility studies for key communication system components, identifying high-risk components and recommending alternatives
* Design RF circuits using EDA simulation tools such as AWR Microwave Office and Advanced Design System (ADS)
* Collaborate with layout designers to create schematic diagrams and PCB layouts
* Prepare technical documents, including proposals, reports, and presentations for new product development
* Conduct module testing and performance verification following established test plans
* Coordinate with technical partners and customers during project design and development, ensuring adherence to project schedules
* Provide technical support to customers regarding end-product applications
The Requirements:
* Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
* 3 to 5 years of experience in designing RF transmitter or receiver circuits
* Proficient in RF design tools and measurement equipment
* Experience with RF multi-layer PCB design, component characterization, testing, and system integration
* Familiarity with PCB CAD tools (e.g., Altium or OrCAD) for schematic creation
* Hands-on experience with linear, digital, and mixed-signal circuit design is a plus
