Job Title: Technical Sales Manager (RF/Microwave)

Our Client: Our client, a leading technology solutions provider, specializes in offering innovative engineering services and products in sectors like wireless communications, RF microwave, and semiconductors. With a focus on cutting-edge technology and sustainable solutions, the company provides comprehensive support from product development to market launch, helping clients across various industries meet their evolving needs.

This role focuses on exceeding revenue targets by identifying and developing new business opportunities in the wireless communications, RF microwave, and semiconductor industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, creating effective sales strategies, and providing market feedback to drive product development. A background in sales or marketing, combined with technical knowledge, is essential for success in this position.

The Responsibilities:

* Exceed revenue targets by identifying and developing new business leads
* Understand customer needs and match them with the company's products and services
* Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to surpass sales targets
* Market the company's entire range of products and services within the country and region
* Provide market feedback on competitive offerings and contribute ideas for product development
* Build and maintain strong relationships with both suppliers and customers

The Requirements:

* Tertiary education, preferably in Electronics Engineering
* Minimum 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience in wireless communications, RF microwave, or semiconductor industries
* Fresh graduates with wireless communication or RF microwave knowledge will be considered for a specialist role
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Project management skills are required
* Self-motivated, proactive team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain a positive, goal-oriented attitude
* Open to travel locally and around region to meet customers
