Job Title: Regional Human Resources Manager (SEA)
Our Client: Our client is an international organization in the education industry.
The Responsibilities
* Provide hands-on advice to business leaders and managers in country and regional levels, on the full range of employment related matters
* Manage full spectrum of HRIS and Compensation & Benefits operations
* Lead and facilitate the Annual Performance Remuneration review process by collaborating closely with the business and global levels
* Manage and maintain employee-related data including onboarding, compensation, benefits, and performance management in SuccessFactors
* Implement and update HR policies to ensure regulatory compliance and provide guidance on local employment legislations across the region
* Collaborate with the Country and Global HR teams to implement new projects and initiatives
The Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree
* More than 6 years of HR experience including HRIS, C&B, employee relations and HR advisory
* Regional experience in fast-paced, matrix reporting MNC environment
