Job Title: Project Design Executive
Our Client: Our excels in retail design and detail, assisting brands and retailers in enhancing the shopping experience and boosting their profitability. We create retail programs and environments, implement them worldwide, and develop products that enhance retail performance.
The Responsibilities:
Role Overview: This role involves partnering with expert teams to lead the development of new store openings, visual merchandising strategies for new product introductions, seasonal campaigns, and store layout designs for Channel programs.
Design Planning and Execution:
* Coordinate the planning, design, and layout creation process for stores
* Manage design workflow and project status, from initial brief review through to project completion and store opening
* Ensure visual merchandising aligns with regional guidelines and marketing plans
* Collaborate with the team to create store guidelines and support directives
* Maintain and update the standard details playbook
* Oversee the brand asset library and server updates
* Design and visualize support for brand marketing activities
* Provide advice and direction to affiliate teams on retail environment matters
* Offer clear direction to production partners for design details and merchandising production
* Work with agency partners to ensure content creation aligns with brand guidelines
* Adapt visual artwork as required
The Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Retail Design, or graduates from Design or Art School with formal training in architecture or interior design
* Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3DS Max, Keyshot, and Adobe Creative Suite
* 1-2 years of proven experience in interior design or retail design, with a portfolio showcasing a variety of projects
* A team player with minimal supervision, attention to detail, and a versatile, willing-to-learn attitude
* Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines for multiple projects
* Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned
