Job Title: Risk Consulting Manager
Our Client: Top 10 global audit, accounting, and consulting firm, HQ in the US.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support business development by assisting with sales pitches and building strong, impactful client relationships
* Lead and manage a team independently to ensure project deliverables are achieved
* Solve problems with critical thinking, improving clients' business processes and workflows, and analyzing internal controls related to financial, operational, and compliance processes
* Understand core business processes, analyze existing workflows, and identify constraints to develop improved future-state processes for clients
* Foster a positive work environment, encouraging open culture and teamwork among members
Requirements:
* Minimum Degree in Accountancy
* Certified Internal Auditor qualification is good to have
* Minimum 5-6 years of relevant experience in Management Consulting, Internal Audit, or external audit within a large organization or established public accounting firm
* Experience with pre-IPO SOX readiness projects or SOX projects is good to have
* Good time management skills to effectively work in a fast-paced environment with diverse clients
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and Tableau, with excellent communication and report writing skills
* Willingness to travel up to 30% annually
