Job Title: Commercial Director

They specialize in planning, designing, building, implementing, and managing retail solutions that provide clarity for top global retailers and brands. Operating across America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia, they have successfully supported clients in establishing their retail presence in over 100 countries. With offices in Hong Kong, India, Singapore, and various locations throughout China, their team in Asia is committed to delivering outstanding service to their global clientele.
The Responsibilities:
* Manage and strengthen positive business relationships with customers at all levels across various offices in Asia
* Oversee the day-to-day execution of store delivery programs in Asia, consistently exceeding customer expectations and meeting requirements
* Take full commercial responsibility for this key business sector, including setting budgets, identifying growth opportunities, and securing additional business
* Collaborate with the Account Management and New Business Development Teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
* Ensure operations comply with all legal requirements
* Motivate and develop the team through personal development plans, including conducting annual appraisals for all direct reports
* Measure and improve performance using both established and new KPIs
* Drive proactive and effective solutions to meet the dynamic needs of customer relationships
* Develop and enhance the existing team to improve efficiency and streamline operations
* Gain a comprehensive understanding of all relevant policies, processes, and business practices
The Requirements:
* With over 3 years of international experience at the Director level in the Store Fixture industry or a similar field
* Extensive background of 5 years in coordinating store opening programs for prominent brands and retailers across diverse markets
* International experience with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
* Proficient in English communication, both spoken and written; Mandarin skills are an added advantage
* Proven track record in leadership and team management
* Ready to travel across Asia as needed
* Highly self-driven and adept at working independently
