Job Title: Business System Analyst - SAP FICO
Our Client: Our client is a global MNC in the industrial sector.
The Responsibilities:
* Support the user community in Finance & Controlling module, maintaining SAP & non-SAP solutions in place, and ensuring support, maintenance and continuous improvement
* Business Application Support Level 2 & 3
* Understand business problem, recommend solutions that enable organization to achieve its goals
* Meet or exceed the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
* Documents and analyzes required information and data
* Prepares requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations
* Create Functional specification, Tests plans, and lead the FAT & UAT execution
* Collaborate with developers for customized developments
* Participate/lead some SAP projects to enhance the SAP global solution as well as non-SAP solutions
The Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* More than 4 years of experience in SAP ECC6 configuration, process design, testing and post implementation support in a global environment on the Finance and Controlling modules
* Experience gathering, analyzing requirements and translating them into detailed functional specifications
* Proven experience with integration and non-regression testing processes
* Strong analytical skills and teamwork orientation
* Willing and able to travel internationally as required
