Job Description
Our client is one of the Japanese global leaders in the IT Consultancy industry. They are actively seeking for an Infrastructure Engineer to join their team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
• Daily tasks such as remote support of users using TeamViewer, Monthly Reporting, conducting Vulnerability Assessment (VA) and server/ endpoint patching
• Maintenance of documentation, credentials and other tasks
• Raise and manage change implementations for patching and improvement tasks, liaise with stakeholders and end users for technical and functional consultancy
• Liaise with external vendors for purchase of goods and services such as subscriptions/ hardware/ professional service - Participate and execute solutioning/ implementation of systems including conducting POC testing, planning of roadmap and execution based on technical specification required
• Plan and execute change implementations outside of office business hours to minimize impact on production environment

Requirements
The Requirements:
• Minimally Diploma holder with ideally 3-4 years of experience
• May be serving in-house or potential outsourced role with client, upon successful selection by the Client (major financial institute in Japan)
• Japanese-speaking candidate is highly preferred as you will need to work closely and liaise with Japanese clients and counterparts
• Good communication skill and team player
• Experience in Microsoft: deployment and testing of Windows endpoints, VMs and Servers, Active Directory, Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM), MDM intune for iOS devices
• Experience in Firewall (Palo Alto and Fortinet), Cisco Meraki, Server (Nutanix), VMWare vSphere, Veeam, Trend Micro Apex One and Cloud One
• Good to have: Office 365 Services, SharePoint, SaaS, Paas, Azure
・専門学校卒業者で、理想的には3〜4年の経験があること
・日本語＆英語ビジネス以上（業務上必要なため）
・良好なコミュニケーションスキルとチームプレイヤーであること
・Windowsエンドポイント、VM、サーバーの展開とテスト、Active Directory、Microsoft Configuration Manager（SCCM）、iOSデバイスのMDM Intune
・ファイアウォール（Palo AltoおよびFortinet）、Cisco Meraki、サーバー（Nutanix）、VMWare vSphere、Veeam、Trend Micro Apex OneおよびCloud Oneの経験"
