Our Client:
Our client is one of the Japanese global leaders in the Freight Forwarding industry. They are actively seeking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join their team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
• Provide client and target information, maintenance of Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) in quality and timely manner
• Provide competitive, quality pricing proposals in response to RFQ/RFI/RFP
• Portfolio Management; Ensure account profile have a good mix of targets to support company’s sales strategy (I.e., By Product, Trade Lane, Industrial Verticals)
• Ensure that all assigned accounts are managed and developed in line with the established corporate/regional strategies and all key performance
• Responsible for smooth business implementation and handover of SOPs to operations and ongoing monitoring of compliance
• Coordinate tender management activities under the directives of Company business strategies
• Deliver compliant and professional produced proposals within the deadline parameters
• Respond to rates quotation request from network offices for IFF RFQ/RFI/RFP
• Create and compile tender and bid, review pricing with sales and other business units
• Support the updates and maintenance of pricing master file (database)
• Follow up on the tender result on submitted bids
• Ensure post-mortem analysis has been performed by bid owners for both successful and unsuccessful tender and being shared with respective stakeholder
• To ensure AR payment to clients are aligned with the target AR number of days of overdue
