The Responsibilities:
・We collaborate closely with business users to collect comprehensive business requirements
・Conduct thorough analyses of the workload associated with individual projects and tasks within the ITSM framework
・Business Requirement Definition documents and workflows.
・Develop comprehensive plans for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide support throughout the testing process
Requirements
The Requirements:
・Candidates should demonstrate a solid understanding min at least 2 years IT Service Management (ITSM) principles, methodologies, and best practices
・Proven track record of gathering, analyzing, and defining business requirements specifically for IT projects within the financial industry
・Candidate should have worked in the financial industry for over a year, gaining familiarity with industry-specific practices, regulations, and challenges
