Job Title: Business System Analyst (SAP FICO)
Our Client: Our client is a renowned Global Manufacturing Organization providing top commercial Machinery Equipment. They are looking for a Business System Analyst to join their team here in Singapore who would be able to oversees the business support SAP FICO application processes, and project execution providing sounds technical recommendations and solutioning.
The Responsibilities:
* Grasp and analyse business problems to suggest solutions that help the organization meet its objectives with a focus on achieving high user satisfaction levels utilizing SAP FICO modules within an ECC environment
* Establish and document processes to enable the business to proactively resolve future issues
* Consistently meet or surpass the established SLAs
* Monitor performance and take necessary actions to maintain SLA adherence
* Document and analyse necessary data and information
* Prepare detailed requirements, specifications, business processes, and recommendations
* Develop and execute test plans to ensure the functionality of business applications
* Identify and document system deficiencies, proposing appropriate solutions
* Assist in enforcing project deadlines, schedules, and budgets
* Develop and manage meeting objectives and agendas, both internally and externally
* Maintain regular communication with business stakeholders through various forms of correspondence
* Ensure the quality of documentation, including Functional Specifications (FS), test plans, and presentations
* Understand technical design specifications to define test conditions and develop comprehensive test plans
* Conduct testing as per the plan and document system deficiencies, recommending solutions
* Participate in SOX audits, non-regression testing, and other IT projects
The Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
* Relevant experience in SAP ECC6 configuration, process design, testing and post implementation support in a global environment on the Finance and Controlling modules (SAP FICO)
* Understand the Business Process and Business Orientation
* Experience gathering/analysing requirements and translating them into detailed functional specifications
* Proven experience with integration and non-regression testing processes
* Strong analytical skills
* Teamwork orientation with strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
* Must be willing and able to travel internationally as required (up to 20%)
* Collaborating with developers for customized development
