The Responsibilities:
Channel Partner Manager
• Maintains and expands relationships with assigned Channel Partners, System Integrators
• Manage sales pipeline, monthly sales forecast and identify new business opportunities
• Responsible for achieving sales for hardware and non-hardware, profitability
• Provide resources & support on product knowledge & sales strategies
• Provide machine demo whenever required
• Provide available sales tools for partners to utilize
• Manage conflict with indirect and direct sales teams by good communication internally and external through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
• Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements
• Assesses, clarifies and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis
• Objection handling on partners’ feedback and end users’ service issues
• Coach and train partners to sell full suite of products and solutions
• Develop incentive programs for Channel Partners
• Follow up AR issues for Channel Partners and end users
Administrative Role for Channel Partners:
• Provide administrative support for all channel partners
• Register all leads registration request and request transfer of account when needed
• Process sales related documentations – PO, contracts, sales requisition, credit grading, new customer code creation, transfer ownership
• Price support submission
• Update on stocks availability request
