Our Client’s Service/ Product: Business Solutions/ IT Office Automation
The Responsibilities:
Sales Generation:
• Prospect and identify potential clients through various means such as cold calling, networking, and industry research.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong and positive customer relationships.
• Understand customer needs, provide customized solutions, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our printing and IT services.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Market Research and Analysis:
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
• Analyse market data to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Quotation and Proposal Preparation:
• Prepare accurate and competitive price quotations and proposals for clients. The ability to present our value proposition effectively is extremely important in this role.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of products and services.
Sales Reporting:
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales-related opportunities in our CRM system.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager.
