The Responsibilities:
This position reports to the Consulting Director of APAC. You will be expected to deliver Tagetik Corporate Performance Management solutions in the region, specifically to clients within ASEAN and Korea.
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
* Collaborate with project stakeholders and business users across multiple project phases:
* Facilitating workshops
* Supporting application design
* Hands-on product implementation
* Project documentations
* Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and user training
* Develop applications from end-to-end
* Work as a team to drive effective and timely project deliverables
* Ensure highly satisfactory client interactions/relations (with top Management) and managing key business users
* Travel to clients' location around Asia and drive the solution delivery along with Project Manager (10-20% of the time)
* Manage effective remote coordination for project execution (via Web sessions, conference calls, etc.)
* Be involved as a product trainer
The Requirements:
* More than 5 years of working experience, with at least 4 end to end project implementations
* Bachelor's Degree in the following fields:
* Financial/Corporate Accounting, Finance or
* Information Technology
* Hands-on experience in requirements gathering and end to end implementation of Enterprise Budgeting & Planning, Consolidation processes
* In-depth knowledge in Financial Planning & Budgeting process of an organization
* Good understanding in Basic Accounting & Financial consolidation process
* Previous EPM/CPM implementation experience is an added advantage
* Able to independently prepare project documentations including Requirement gathering, Solution Design document, UAT scripts, training material preparations
* Well-versed in application and database administration tasks, specifically Database Troubleshooting
* Good analytical and interpretation skills
* Good communicator and people skills
* High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other Office products
* Excellent presentation and documentation skills
* A self-starter and a team player who can also work independently
* Continuous interest in learning new product knowledge
* Certification in one or more accounting standards, i.e. IFRS GAAP, etc. is a plus
