Job Title: Business Analyst
Our Client: An advanced B2B fintech solutions, empowering digital trading & payment innovations for financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide end-to-end project management
* Develop project plan and monitor progress
* Participate and contribute in project activities such as Requirement Gathering, User Acceptance Testing, Training & Implementation
* Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects
* Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
* Ensure resource availability and allocation
* Identify potential project risks and its implication to the organization and to recommend mitigating measures so as to manage the risks
* Assess service requests for enhancements and maintenance of systems
* Ensure Service Level Agreements for projects and incidents are met
* Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
* Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
* Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
* Develop a high-performance working culture. Establish and monitor team members KPIs to ensure high productivity and efficiency in the teams
* Understand which issue to escalate to the appropriate resolver group.
* Any other duties as assigned by superior/ company representative from time to time
Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field of study
* Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience as a Business Analyst in the IT/FinTech industry
* Excellent in communication and interpersonal skill
