Our Client:
Our client is one of the largest systems integrators with its headquarters in Japan. They're a leading provider of end-to-end ICT-based business solutions for the global marketplace.
The Responsibilities:
* Drive HR Process and HRIS strategy, agenda and execute plans for Asia Region
* Engage stakeholders in understanding HR processes, identify processes and evaluate ways to improve and enhance them to deliver optimal efficiency through leveraging on technologies, outsourcing, alignment, improvement, etc.
* Work with Global Delivery Centres on process outsourcing / offshoring and manage the SLAs and deliverables
* Owner of HRIS Systems in Asia. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, i.e. HRs, Finance, IT, etc. to ensure that HRIS systems is delivering user, business and HRs needs
* Lead, drive and own new global Success Factor Systems Implementation team
The Requirements:
* Minimum 8 years of relevant experience handling HR systems with strong background in systems implementation, process and project planning and vendor management
* Self-driven, meticulous, and able to meet multiple deadlines
* Resourceful and possess good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work, engage, communicate, and collaborate with cross-functional partners, stakeholders, vendors, and local, regional, and global teams
* Good knowledge in SAP and Success Factors
