Job Title: Customer Services & Planning Executive (Manufacturing/Electronics)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Services & Planning Executive to join our team. This role blends customer service expertise with strategic planning to ensure smooth operations and outstanding customer experiences. You will manage customer interactions while supporting planning and coordination efforts to enhance service efficiency
Work location: Ang Mo Kio
Customer Service:
* Serve as the main contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and requests, ensuring prompt and professional responses
* Address customer issues with a solution-focused approach to maintain satisfaction
* Process orders, returns, and exchanges with accuracy
* Maintain and update customer records to ensure data accuracy
* Communicate with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media
* Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, and finance) to resolve customer-related issues
Planning & Coordination:
* Support planning, scheduling, and resource coordination to ensure timely service delivery
* Work with cross-functional teams to oversee inventory levels, production schedules, and procurement planning
* Assist in generating reports on customer service trends, product performance, and inventory status
* Monitor customer service order progress to ensure adherence to timelines
* Provide administrative support to the planning and operations team as required
BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE:
* Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
* 3+ years in customer service, planning, or operations
* Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
* ERP system knowledge is a plus
* Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
