Our Client:
Our client is a Leisure, Travel & Tourism Group which businesses extend across Fashion, Hospitality, and F&B.
The Responsibilities:
* Planning and implementing marketing plans and activities for all assigned restaurants to generate incremental revenue and achieve greater ROI
* Establishes the general Restaurants, Bars and Events Marketing strategy and yearly Marketing Plan
* Ensure utilization of customer insights into marketing plans by working closely together with the CRM team
* Stay abreast of developments in the food industry relative to our customer base.
* Drive brand partnerships for assigned restaurants
* Manage the marketing budget for each assigned restaurant throughout the year
* Track return on investment (ROI) of all marketing initiatives, including online, emailers, CRM programs, promotions and/or print advertising
* Work closely with Restaurant Managers and/or Executive Chefs on tactical restaurant offers
* Communicate all promotions in a timely and professional manner to both, the Restaurant and Kitchen Department by establishing weekly meetings and is responsible for their recording and distribution
* Engage in regular market intelligence gathering & conduct annual competitor analysis
* Follow-up on and monitoring of sponsorship programs
* Handle customer complaints and queries on all online platforms
The Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma/ Degree
* At least 4-5 years of experience in F&B or related industry
