Job Description

Our Client:
Our client is one of the top Japanese companies that specializes in talent development and organizational consulting. They are currently looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support their Managing Director in their Singapore office. Proficiency in Japanese language is essential to effectively communicate with Japanese Native Stakeholders.

The Responsibilities:
• Working closely with the MD and supporting high-level operational needs, including but not limited to:
• Managing the MD's schedule and tasks (including meeting coordination and reminders)
• Preparing and organizing meeting materials and reports
• Translating internal and external documents (Japanese ⇄ English, basic level)
• Arranging business trips, dinners, and appointments
• Contributing to the MD’s productivity through proactive and detailed administrative support

Requirements

The Requirements:
• Proficiency in Japanese language is essential to effectively communicate with Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers
• Prior experience as a secretary or assistant for at least 2 years
• Strong initiative with the ability to anticipate needs before instructions are given
• Excellent time and task management
• Responsive and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.) or Excel
