Job Description
Job Title: Senior Cost Accounting
Our Client: A Korea's leading manufacturing as well as Research & Development factories across the globe.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct monthly closings, develop business plans, and perform COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) closing, reporting to Management and HQ on time
* Manage and conduct due diligence on production inventories, reconcile books with actual objects, and conduct regular stock-taking
* Oversee the factory budget, chair the operating cost optimization committee, and lead cost optimization efforts
* Analyze COGS (Actual vs Plan vs Standard) and support Project Managers in managing investment budgets and current budget status
* Establish criteria for cost performance analysis, identify inefficient processes, implement cost reduction plans, and maintain appropriate inventory levels
Requirements:
* Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field, with 5-8 years of experience
* Familiar with financial accounting, IFRS/SFRS, R and Python is good to have
* Experience in manufacturing industry as well as SAP system
* Excellent in analyzing cost structures
