Job Description

Our Client:
Our client is one of the top Japanese companies in the Travel and Hospitality industry. They are currently looking for a Group Operation & Ticketing Executive to join their Singapore Office.

The Responsibilities:
• Liaise with Overseas Land Operators to coordinate on tour & hotel arrangements for Group package tours
• Liaise with Airlines to request for Air group seats, monitor all group seats deposit and ticket issuance deadlines
• Issuance of all FIT & Group air tickets and process air ticket refund as and when required
• Update each Group Tour travellers’ details into a name list
• Submit Group package travellers’ requests to Land Operators or Airlines based on the travellers’ preference including special meals, room types or any other types of request
• Arrange Pre-tour briefing 2 weeks before group tour departure including the preparation of briefing booklet, reconfirm the travellers’ particulars prior to the issuance of air tickets
• Tour guide assignment and prepare EO (ie. Exchange Order) for tour guide’s expenses and salary pay out
• Participation in Travel Fairs as Group package support
• Any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the Company from time to time

Requirements

The Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality studies or relevant background
• Minimum 2 years of experience in air ticketing using Sabre or any other GDS
• Good Communication skills and Customer Service skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
