Job Description

Job Title: SAP ABAP Engineer

Our Client: An established, semiconductor company, and part of truly global enterprise firm with solid growth and presence. The business provides scalable and cost-effective semiconductor fabrication solutions. The business is armed with cleanroom environment, total equipment automation, and proven wafer-manufacturing processes.

The business has been present in Singapore for more than 20 years and has successfully moving up the value chain in producing technologies for the future and generating value for all stakeholders.

By maintaining a fully equipped SMIF cleanroom environment, 100% equipped SMIF automation, and tried and true wafer-manufacturing procedures, they provide flexible and affordable semiconductor fabrication solutions.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain SAP ABAP programs. Implement ABAP enhancements and modifications for diverse SAP modules and interfaces
* Ensure ERP system adherence to SOX security standards and oversee SOX audit processes
* Support end-users by addressing their requirements. Resolve operational issues through troubleshooting
* Promote continuous improvement in work processes and the environment to meet departmental and company KPIs
* Mentor and guide junior team members

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
* Over 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP programming
* Strongly preferred experience in executing SOX audits and familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
* Preferred experience with various SAP modules. Advanced skills in ABAP programming
* Proficiency in project management, expertise in business process mapping
* Ability to evaluate, test, and approve proposed application changes
* Excellent team collaboration skills
