Our Client:
Our client is a prominent Japanese company, specialising in Sealing Technologies and Services. They are currently looking for an experienced Sales Support Executive to join their growing team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
• Support the sales team to liaise with new/ existing clients and related parties
• Generate regular sales reports (e.g., sales forecasts, sales performance metrics, pipeline reports) for management review
• Ensure accurate reporting of sales forecasts, customer orders, and account information
• Receive and process customer orders accurately, ensuring all details are correct, and promptly communicate any discrepancies
• Monitor the end-to-end order fulfilment process, from order placement to delivery
• Coordinate with logistics and shipping teams to ensure on-time delivery of semiconductor products to customers
• Support the team in managing customer queries, complaints, and follow-up actions
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely responses to inquiries with efficient problem-solving skills
• Any other duties that may be assigned
