Our Client:
Our client is an established Financial Institute, headquartered in Japan. They are currently looking for an Admin & Finance Officer to join their growing team in Singapore. Proficiency in Japanese language is essential to effectively communicate with Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers

The Responsibilities:
• Handle calls and file documents, prepare meeting materials
• Manage filing systems
• Support human resource, accounting, and administrative function
• Any other duties to be assigned by the superiors

Requirements

The Requirements:
• Bachelor degree with at least 2-3 years relevant work experience
• Proficiency in Japanese language is essential to effectively communicate with Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers
• Meticulous and able to plan/ organize efficiently
• Computer literate with ability to use Microsoft Office
