Job Description

Our Client:
Our Client is a well-established Japanese manufacturing company that specialises in Electronic components like transformers and adaptors. They are currently looking for a motivated Sales Support Officer in Singapore to join their growing team.

The Responsibilities:
• Purchasing: Order Entry for Factory / Supplier / Vendor
• Communication with Factory / Supplier / Vendor
• BOM List related process
• Coordinate for Incoming shipment
• Preparing and filing forms and other documents
• Stock adjustment
• Control safety stock
• Update factory delivery schedule weekly
• Handle any other related duties as and when assigned

Requirements

The Requirements:
• At least 1 year sales support experience in trading /manufacturing field
• Experience of ERP experience (Any ERP)
• Ability to efficiency organize and manage multiple priorities
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to liaise with clients from China
