Job Description

Our Client:
Our client is an established Power and Energy firm, headquartered in Japan. They are currently seeking a motivated individual to join their Singapore team as a Broker (Japanese Power).

The Responsibilities:
• Coverage of Japanese power to take, work and execute via OTC markets (voice broker)
• Gain strong familiarity with ICE futures, JKM, Newc and JCC swap value curves
• Update clients with flat price, time/product spread. regional arbitrage swap and option market developments
• Ensure accuracy of pre-trade, execution, and post-trade stages
• Originating and executing customized strategies to help clients manage commodity risk including financial solutions
• Responsible from the pitch, account opening, trade execution to post trade stages
• Introducing and implementing new product, jurisdiction and client segment opportunities
• Collaborating and Streamlining with internal stakeholders to deliver highest quality facility and services to customers
• Understanding of both flow and exotic commodity payoffs while also bringing together structured solutions

Requirements

The Requirements:
• Open to Commodity or financial Broker/ Trader
• Minimum at least 2 to 3 years of experience of brokering
• Motivated and Willing to learn new things
