Our Client:
Our client is one of the top global Japanese companies, specialising in industrial electric and automation systems. They are looking for a Sales and Administrative Executive to join their Singapore Office.
The Responsibilities:
Sales Admin Support – 50%
• Support on sales administrative work by using system on order processing (Sales/Purchase/Logistic) till delivery and invoicing
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, customers and suppliers including freight forwarders
• Plan, arrange and coordinate in all aspects for on and off site meetings and events
• Apply government licenses or permits
• Support in follow-up of Accounts Receivable
Office Administration Management – 25%
• Manage day-to-day office administration and operations
• Provide hospitality support to business partners and visitors
• Support in Marketing activities
• Any other Ad Hoc duties as assigned
EA Support – 25%
• Provide secretarial, operational, and administrative support to the Management
• Assist in organizing, coordinating and serving meetings (scheduling, agenda, documents preparation etc)
• Prepare and collate reports, presentation and filing
• Make appointments and keep schedule on track
• Make travelling arrangements (itinerary, booking of flights/hotels/ground transport, visa)
