Clinic Assistant/Therapist

Our Client:
Our client specialized in the treatment of acne and scars, with focus on promoting microbiome health. They are actively seeking for a dedicate Clinic Assistant/ Therapist to join their team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:
・Perform face treatments for patients
・Prepare patients prior to procedures conducted by the doctor
・Assist doctor during laser and injection procedures
・Undertake receptionist work such as issuance of invoice, collection of payment, attending to walk in patients, phone and text enquiries
・Sales of clinic products and services
・Regular follow-up with patients on their appointments and feedback regarding the clinic's products and services
・Undertaking activities relating to general operations of the clinic which include making orders for clinic supplies, maintenance of clinic inventory and ensuring cleanliness of the clinic

The Requirements:
・Min. 2 years facial treatment experience
・Enthusiastic and motivated individual with the ability to achieve and/or surpass target goals
・Diploma holder in Beauty or Therapist from CIDESCO, CITEC, WSQ etc. will be an advantage
・Experience in an Aesthetics medical clinic setting will be an advantage
