Sales Executive / Executive Senior (Plastics Division)

Our Client:
Our Client is one of the growing Japanese MNCs in the Electronics and Plastics industry. They are currently looking for an experienced Sales Executive (Plastic) to join their growing team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:
• 50% for sourcing new business and 50% for maintaining the current business
• Marketing and taking action aggressively and spontaneously to create new business
• Maintaining current customers and to handle daily task efficiently
• Taking control of the trading material stock inventory
• Attending to customer enquiry and providing sales services to customer
• Preparing quotation and liaison with customer on pricing matter
• Following up with customer on payment issue
• Sourcing for suitable supplier for purchase of trading material
• Evaluating supplier performance to ensure purchased products met the customer requirement
• Checking P/O from customer and to supplier for trade term, payment term, price and lead time
• Following up with customer on any arise including customer complaint
• Taking proactive actions to ensure customer satisfaction

The Requirements:
• Minimum Degree holder with Minimum 3 years of Sales experiences or with relevant experience in Engineering Plastics
• Knowledge in Plastic Trading / Distribution business model, and good relationship with business partners in the industry
• Good and aggressive personality with excellent analytical skills, willingness to learn and able to travel for business
• Proficient in MS Office application
• Candidate with suitable experience may be considered for higher position
