Our Client:
Our client is a Japanese company specialising in Lactose food products. They are currently looking for a Sales and Shipping Executive to join their growing team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
• Handle sales support, secretarial and administrative duties
• Generating Sales and Purchase quotation, Contracts, Invoice, delivery order and shipping documents
• Correspondence with supplier, customers, freight forwarder on shipment arrangement
• Negotiation with Supplier & Customers on complaints and etc
• Manage Inventory management
• Administration duties e.g answering phone call, filing and serving drink for visitors
• Input data to accounting software
Requirements
The Requirements:
• Min Diploma holder with Sales/Sales support experience in Logistic/ Shipping/ Food industry
• Must have experience in Import, export and domestic shipment and shipping documentation
• Hands on experience in Microsoft office and Outlook
• Able to liaise with stakeholders in English and Chinese as you will be supporting clients from China
