Our Client:
Our client is an established Japanese Management Consultancy firm. They are seeking a motivated individual to join their Singapore team as a M&A Consultant.
The Responsibilities:
• Work closely with Head of M&A advisory for M&A projects in various industries across South East Asia with a focus on Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.
• Assist M&A processes from start-to-end
• Deal sourcing of mid market companies as well as later-stage startups
• Prepare proposals articulating the deals and the value proposition to the client
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams of financial, tax and legal experts to progress the transaction
• Conduct research for market comparison, financial and business analysis
• Create presentation materials for clients

• 中堅企業および後期スタートアップ企業のディールソーシング
• 取引内容とクライアントへの価値提案を明確にした提案書の準備
• 金融、税務、法務の専門家チームとの協力による取引推進
• 財務諸表の読解および財務・ビジネス分析の実施
• 市場比較分析のための調査を実施
• クライアント向けプレゼンテーション資料作成
Requirements
The Requirements:
• At least 2-5 years of work experience with relevant degree
• Work experience within the industry of M&A, management consulting, corporate planning, business development, finance or sales and marketing is an advantage
• Basic accounting / finance knowledge
• Experience with valuation and able to build financial models is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Power Point and Microsoft Excel
• Business Level Japanese proficiency is an advantage as you will need to communicate with Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers

• 日系企業での勤務経験(日本国内またはシンガポール)
• 日英ビジネスレベル(業務上必要なため)
• 基本的な会計・ファイナンス知識

• 財務モデルの構築ができる方
