Our Client:
Our client is one of the top Accounting firms from Japan. They are looking for a motivated individual to join their Singapore team as an Senior Accountant.
The Responsibilities:
• Providing Accounting and Tax consulting services for Japanese clients (e.g., during and after expansion, including transfer pricing, M&A)
• Various tax return preparation services (e.g., corporate tax, GST, income tax)
• Preparing various financial statements, and ensuring the timeliness, accuracy, and standardization
• Daily financial work like Bookkeeping, payroll calculation
• Building and maintaining good relationships with clients
• Any other assigned duties
Requirements
The Requirements:
• Certified public accountant or USCPA
• Experience in an accounting firm or tax accountant's office is highly preferred
• Familiar with corporate governance, taxation, and legal requirements
• Meticulous, reliable and able to multi-task
• Positive work attitude and a team player
