Our Client Service/Product: Electronic components
The Responsibilities:
・Oversee the daily operation and function of the accounting and HR/admin processes
・Ensure proper documentation for claim and approval submission
・In charge of the Accounting software (ERP) and handle all accounting matters
・Ensure timely preparation of monthly closing report by coordinating with external accounting firm
・Evaluate and analyze Monthly Accounting report, fixed Asset report, compare annual budget etc
・Handle Tax matter, GST filing, and withholding Tax by coordinating with accounting firm
・Liaison with external auditors, secretarial company, tax agents and bankers, Insurance company when required
・Prepare annual Insurance renewal for Commercial Insurance Package, Product Liabilities, Work Injury Compensation, Group Hospital, Surgical and Personal Accident
・Plan and arrange for year-end audit
・Supervising the performance and conduct of subordinates under the incumbent reporting line
