Job Description

Our Client’s Service/Product:
Customer interaction and order management

The Responsibilities:
・Manage customer interactions related to purchase orders, forecasts, inventory, and tax invoicing
・Ensure efficient processing of orders, preparation of shipping documents, and timely invoicing to customers
・Coordinate with customers regarding stock inventory, consignment planning, change orders, and forecast planning
・Handle email correspondence with customers, suppliers, and forwarders regarding shipment details
・Cultivate strong customer relationships through exceptional service
・Maintain accurate documentation related to customers, including emails, purchase orders, and tax invoices
・Coordinate incoming and outgoing courier services, deliveries, and arrangements with forwarders
・Prepare documents for monthly closing and participate in stock audits
・Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

The Requirements:
・Qualification NITEC and above
・At least 2 years of office environment experience in any industry
・Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
・Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership over work
・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members
・Positive attitude and pleasant demeanor, even under pressure
・Proactive and self-motivated, capable of working independently with minimal supervision
・Proficiency in MS Office and basic office software
・Knowledge of ACCPAC System will be a plus
