Job Title: Maintenance Manager
Our Client: Our client specialises in Chemical management, covering the treatment and logistics services of hazardous materials from chemical sector.
The Responsibilities:
* Plan, manage, and oversee all maintenance activities, including preventive and breakdown maintenance as well as improvement projects. Engage and manage external maintenance contractors as required
* Monitor and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective operations
* Develop, implement, and continuously enhance a comprehensive maintenance program
* Oversee equipment and spare parts inventory, ensuring timely procurement of necessary supplies
* Ensure strict adherence to safety policies and procedures across the department
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all maintenance activities
* Collaborate closely with the Procurement Department to secure parts and external support services
The Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, or a related field
* A minimum of 10 years of experience in maintenance management, with experience in process or utilities plants being highly valued
* Strong technical expertise in plant and machinery, including compressors, boilers, generators, blowers, centrifuges, motors, pumps, heat exchangers, cooling towers, and other industrial equipment
* Proactive mindset with excellent organizational and leadership abilities
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
