With effect from 01 October 2020, the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) will require all Employment Agencies to collect the NRIC/FIN of every Candidates referred/submitted to the Clients for a job position.
Therefore, in line with this, we require your consent for us to collect, use, disclose and process your personal data set out in the RGF PDPA Consent Form.
We will safeguard your personal data from unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification or similar risks. However, no security can be absolutely guaranteed, notwithstanding that we strive to protect the security of your information by reviewing and enhancing our information security measures.

As mandated by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), Employment Agencies (EA) are required to gather candidate information and consent prior to submitting profiles for consideration for employment. This includes full IC number, and is for the purpose of providing MOM with documentation of EA activities. For candidates who have never worked or lived in Singapore, the requirement is passport number.
