Job Title: Key Account Manager

The Responsibilities:
* Lead, motivate, and support account services staff, coaching them to achieve set objectives and preparing them for future management roles
* Translate retail designs into fully operational stores that meet the specific requirements of brands and retailers
* Set and monitor performance goals for the team, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives
* Manage all account activities, including overseeing personnel involved in account services and sales
* Negotiate and build strategic relationships with key clients, including conducting client visits when necessary
* Conduct business reviews with clients and propose strategies for improvement and growth
* Assist the director in developing effective strategic sales plans through market analysis, trend monitoring, and competition tracking
* Enhance the performance of current accounts while also developing new ones
* Achieve target objectives for accounts and ensure all deliverables are met
The Requirements:
* At least 8-10 years in a management position with a proven track record in sales and operations
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail environment, POP/POS, or related industry at a senior management level
* University degree or higher
* Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Culturally adaptable with strong skills in methodology, planning, synthesis, and negotiation
* Demonstrated ability to achieve results and deliver on targets
* Credible, accountable, and responsible
* Previous experience with shop display fixtures is preferred
