Job Title: Senior / Lead Product Manager

Our Client: Our client is a renowned Information Technology organization providing software solutions within the trading and financial institutions. They are looking for a Senior / Lead Product Manager to join their team here in Singapore!

The Responsibilities:

* Oversee payment products for web and app, merchant management platform, and backend administrative systems
* Collaborate closely with business development, technical teams, risk and compliance departments, and management
* Provide top-tier payment solutions
* Formulate and implement product strategies and roadmaps
* Manage the entire product development lifecycle, including defining user requirements and business cases
* Develop comprehensive solutions for payment and e-payment systems
* Conduct market analysis and manage product development, implementation, and commercialization
* Engage with internal and external stakeholders for partnership and industry activities across the region
* Keep updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and relevant insights for product planning and strategy
* Mentor and guide junior Product Managers

The Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with over 5 years of experience in payment and e-payment products, with a solid understanding of the global payment ecosystem, including cards, e-wallets, bank transfers, and cash-based payment methods
* At least 3 years of experience leading a team
* Proficient in product design, including prototyping with wireframe and sequence diagram tools, and writing detailed user stories
* In-depth knowledge of the product development lifecycle, with experience in various stages such as UI/UX design, test case review, production support, and operational process optimization
* Strong market research and analysis skills to maintain a competitive product edge
* Data analytical skills, with the ability to design performance dashboards and optimize products using data-driven approaches
* Good understanding of risk and compliance issues in payment products
* Relevant knowledge of payment reconciliation and settlement
* Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
* Domain knowledge in trading, cryptocurrency, and/or blockchain is advantageous
